There are many ways for golfers to distinguish themselves, set themselves apart, bring a stroke of individualism to their team and well,  just plain draw attention to themselves on the course.  One way is through the headcover.  We captured a few headcovers that go beyond the headcover normally supplied by the manufacturer.  Read more

Westfield Wins, Madison Runner-up – Both Head to States

October 15, 2009 by · Leave a Comment

The second day of the North Region Championship was greeted with clear skies and a wind advisory.   Winds of up to 35-40 mph were expected.   Madison was leading after round 1 (300) by nine over Westfield.  Several others were back a little further, Lake Braddock at 315 and South County tied with Langley at 316.  It was evident that the wind was going to be a factor in the outcome and low scores were going to be hard to come by.  Westfield managed to put up four scores in the 70s while none of the Madison players saw the 70s.
